For a wedding, birthday, anniversary or a holiday and you have no idea of what a person would like, right size, color or item, nothing is better to give than a discount gift card. They are also great gifts for children in order for parents to watch where they are spending their money, or to prevent them from buying drugs or other negative items with cash. Is it possible for me to buy Mastercard or Visa gift cards at Walmart with a Walmart gift card? I found something at another store that I want to get, but I'm not sure if I can get a Visa or Mastercard with it. If you could also tell me what the fee for one is, and give as much detail in your answer as possible, that would be fantastic.
