I have used 3 year ago HSBC credit card that time my total outstanding 56000 but right now my total outstanding is over 1,00,000 and some time banker give me some amount offer like 18,000. When the bank call me I say take your payment and give me Full and Final later. but bank now treat me you pay all amount .but I can’t pay full payment

If I not pay my credit card bill. What can do bank against me. my family in India but I am not leaving in India.

Oh, the bank will ENDLESSLY harass your family. They won't be put in prison though. YOU are responsible for the debt, and you have conveniently left the country. So your debt will continue to mount faster and faster. If you re-enter the country, don't expect to be met with open arms and "Welcome back ! ". India is a bit tight-lipped about how debtors are treated - I suspect that you would be tossed in a prison somewhere - apparently you guys don't have debtor's prisons - but that's just your government trying to cover up the real truth. I personally wouldn't be surprised if your entire family was put in jail (or already IS in jail starving to death) - under false charges of course, not for the debt issue. Whoever you borrowed money from has thousands of lakhs at his disposal to bribe the corrupt Indian judges and win the court case. Your family has NOTHING to defend themselves with. While you sit all cozy using the internet in a foreign country. Awesome thing to do to your own family. You disgust me. May your family members' deaths lie hard on your conscience.
