Why is that when retail stores charge your credit/debit card the charge is instant, but when you return?
something, it takes 5-7 days to credit your account? I know why, they are using your money for free. I feel that the government should force these retailers that are using our money on returns, to cease this practice of taking a week to credit your account. When they debit your account, its instant, when they credit your account, its a week. Then the retailer wants to insult our intelligence by saying they have no control over it and that its the bank holding it up. THIS IS BS.

Insane.
I called corporate - their response
"We have up to 60 days - by law to give you your credit".
I never stepped foot in that store again.
