My wife tried to use a credit card online by inserting it into the floppy port of our PC. How do I get it out?

No offense, but your wife is stupid. Try unplugging the computer, then using tweezers to pull it out

Your system has a floppy? Unless you've added it for a specific reason, that means it's way, way old and the OS is probably not being updated (therefore not secure even more than current OS's)
#2; your wife is woefully un-informed about how to use computers: Do not allow her to use a credit card on line UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
