Hi, I'm 15 and my parents won't let me buy stuff online, and I decided to buy a $25 prepaid Vanilla Visa debit card, except I have no idea how to activate my card or how to see my debit card number (because I have to type it in to get online stuff). can someone please help me? In valid documents submitted for credit card requirement can be rectified by submitting the valid documents. It is not having any impact on your credit worthiness. Hence it will not affect your credit score.

I will also say that most financial advisers do not recommend using your debit card for online purchases and such because when a debit card is used the money is immediately removed from the linked account and most banks do not cover any loss due to fraud. It is safer to use a credit card for online purchases and then pay it off each month.
You don't need to inform them except in cases where your card details are registered - example regularly paying your mobile phone bill online. They will be aware of the expired car and will invite you to register your new car. It is doubtful whether the long number on the front of the card is the same
While the card number may be the same, the expiration date will be different. So every company that uses that information to bill you repeatedly needs to be made aware of the change. while some will tell you that they've noticed your card is about to expire, some won't and you'll get a rude surprise when the scheduled charge fails.

I don't believe any credit card allows you to use it this way. You would have to get a cash advance off the credit card, deposit it in your bank, then use the bank account to reload the card. Time consuming & quite costly, as cash advances have a higher rate than purchases. they may charge you a fee as well.
It has nothing to do with the loadable card you buy, and everything to do with where the funds come from to load it.
